We have several different ways of supporting
you. Our first and most inexpensive
non-contractual method is via our "Virtual Site
Visits." This gives us the ability to access your
computer over the internet. In just a few seconds
you can give us total control of your computer allowing
us to repair any issues you are having just like we are
sitting right there at the computer. The cost
details of our virtual site visit can be found on the
left side of this page.
Our second method is also non-contractual;
we would travel out to your home or business and service
your machines or have your machines brought to our
service center for repair. Our rates are as
follows:
Traveling to a Home:

Hourly Rate: $85 (Minimum of an
hour)

third and most cost effective method is our contractual
support plans. We have 2 support plans for home
users, and 2 for business/corporate users. The
cost and details of these packages are listed below.

Basic Home Support:
Plan Cost: $100 annually per system
VSV Cost: Unlimited, Included, Travel Cost: Included
On Site Hourly Rate: $60 (30% Discount)(1 hr minimum)
Premier Home Support:
Plan Cost: $249 annually 1st system, $75 ea addl
VSV Cost: Unlimited, Included, Travel Cost: Included
On Site Hourly Rate: 1 hr Included (30% Discount addl hrs)
Basic Corporate Support:
Plan Cost: $900 annually 1st (5) systems, $75 ea addl
VSV Cost: Unlimited, Included, Travel Cost: Included
On Site Hourly Rate: $85 per hr (30% Discount)(1 hr minimum) Premier Corporate Support:
Plan Cost: $1500 annually 1st (5) systems, $225 ea addl
